14 of 15 people found the following review helpful  Fast Card, October 7, 2011 This review is from: MSI ATI Radeon HD6670 1 GB DDR5 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card R6670-MD1GD5 (Personal Computers) I use this MSI HD6670 card to do upgrades on peoples store bought computer systems. Most computers people buy in stores are sold based on what chips is inside, you know, Intel or AMD xyz running at 5x-lightspeed :) The problen is when someone installs and trys to play a modern game, they find out that built-in graphics are pretty bad. Intel more-so than AMD computers. (NOTE# This issue with built-in graphics does not apply to the new AMD Fusion Chips) The problem people have when trying to upgrade their graphics card, is almost all store bought computers are built with a "just-big-enough" power-supply to keep their cost down. (250 - 300 watt) This MSI HD6670 card or the cheaper HD6570 will provide a really nice graphics upgrade without over straining those weak factory power supplies. I've installed 8 of these so far without any issues. They are quiet and run cool with the dual-fan heatsink. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews Was this review helpful to you?

It runs all my games on the highest settings. Previous reviews commented on how noisy this card is. I have not had this experience. This card has fan noise, but it is not overly noticeable. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful Can't beat this epic win, March 10, 2012 This review is from: MSI ATI Radeon HD6670 1 GB DDR5 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card R6670-MD1GD5 (Personal Computers) Easy to install, shipped extremely fast, no problems, excellent packaging, runs like a dream, takes up 2 PCI slots due to the width of this bad boy but there is really no need for the second. Also for being such a powerful video card it is really cheap and a lot of tweaks can be made to this. I can max graphic settings on these games with no hiccups also: Skyrim, MW3, L4D2, APB Reloaded, Dungeon Defenders, Oblivion and many others, I highly recommend this card for first time buyers that want beautiful graphics at a fair price. First time buying a video card ever and I couldn't be happier with what i got here. On a side note, others complained about this card being noisy, it has silent dual-fans, I hear no noise and it doesn't overheat at all.
